These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BeMoney mobile app ("the App"), operated by RavencoreX LLC ("we" or "our"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

BeMoney is an informational and organizational tool only. It does not constitute financial, investment or tax advice. We are not a financial institution or investment advisor. We do not access your bank accounts. All financial decisions are your sole responsibility.
1. Description of Service
BeMoney is a personal finance management app that helps you record expenses, manage budgets, monitor accounts and cards, set savings goals and receive AI-powered financial analysis through MANGO.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use BeMoney.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
You can register with email/password, Google or Apple. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Contact legal@ravencorex.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1 Available Plans

4.2 Billing and Renewal
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
4.3 Free Trial
New accounts receive a 30-day Pro plan trial. When it ends, the account automatically reverts to the Free plan.
4.4 Refunds
Refunds are managed by Apple according to their App Store policies. We do not process refunds directly.
5. Acceptable Use
By using BeMoney, you agree NOT to:
- ✕ Use the App for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- ✕ Attempt to circumvent subscription limits or security measures
- ✕ Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the App
- ✕ Share login credentials with third parties
- ✕ Use the App to facilitate financial fraud
- ✕ Attempt to access other users' data
6. Intellectual Property
The App, the MANGO character and all original content are the property of RavencoreX LLC. You may not copy, modify or distribute the App without authorization.
Your data is yours. You retain full ownership of your financial data. We make no claim to it, we do not use it to train AI models, and we do not share it with other users. MANGO analysis is AI-generated for informational purposes only — we do not guarantee its accuracy and it should not be treated as professional financial advice.
7. Privacy
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Data Deletion
✓ You can delete individual accounts, cards, transactions and budgets at any time from the App.
✓ Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Important: Deleting your account in the App does NOT cancel your Apple subscription. Cancel separately in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAVENCOREX LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS, OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
BeMoney is provided "as is" and "as available". MANGO's projections and recommendations are informational and do not constitute professional financial advice. RavenCoreX LLC is not responsible for financial decisions made based on information from the App.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami, Florida, under AAA rules.
