This Privacy Policy describes how RavencoreX LLC ("we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects your information when you use the BeMoney mobile app ("the App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.
OUR CORE PRINCIPLE
BeMoney is built with a privacy-first approach. We never connect to your bank or access your banking credentials. You enter your data manually. We do not sell your data, we do not use it to train AI models, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- ✓ Email address — for authentication and account recovery
- ✓ Display name — visible within the App
- ✓ Authentication provider — Email, Google or Apple ID
If you sign in with Google or Apple, we only receive what those services share (typically name and email). We never store your Google or Apple password.
1.2 Financial Data
Financial data you manually enter:
- ✓ Transactions (amount, category, date, description)
- ✓ Accounts and cards (name, type, bank) — no account numbers or banking credentials
- ✓ Budgets, savings goals and recurring expenses
Stored in Firestore (Google Cloud). Never shared with third parties for their own purposes.
1.3 Usage Data
We track feature usage counters (AI credits, subscription) to enforce plan limits. This data is stored in your profile and not shared with third parties.
1.4 Subscription Information
If you purchase a subscription, Apple processes the payment. We receive your plan, status and dates. We do not receive your payment method or billing address.
1.5 AI-Generated Analysis
When you use MANGO (AI) features, a summary of your financial data (balances, spending categories, totals) is sent to an AI service provider to generate personalized analysis. We do not share raw transactions, credentials or personal identifiers with AI services.
1.6 What We Do NOT Collect

- ✓ We do not collect your location or contacts
- ✓ We do not access your bank accounts or credentials
- ✓ We do not use third-party analytics SDKs
2. How We Use Your Information
We process your data exclusively for the following purposes:
Financial Management
Store and display your accounts, transactions, budgets and goals.
Authentication
Verify your identity via email, Google or Apple Sign-In.
Plan Enforcement
Usage counters to enforce the limits of each subscription plan.
AI Analysis (MANGO)
Financial summary sent to AI provider to generate personalized insights.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sell it to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
BeMoney does not share your data with third parties for their own purposes. To provide the service, we use a small group of providers that process data exclusively on our behalf, under contractual agreements that prohibit them from using your data for their own purposes.
3.1 Infrastructure

Authentication (Firebase Auth), database (Cloud Firestore), and server-side processing (Cloud Functions).
Apple StoreKit
Apple Inc.
In-app subscription processing. We never receive your payment method or billing address.
3.2 AI Service
Generative AI Provider (MANGO)
Generates personalized financial analysis and insights.
- ✓ What they receive: financial data summary (balances, categories, totals) — never raw transactions or personal identifiers.
- ✓ Restriction: they are contractually prohibited from using customer inputs or outputs to train AI models.
3.3 Marketing Analytics
Meta (Facebook SDK)
Meta Platforms, Inc.
App install and usage events for marketing campaign measurement, only if you grant tracking permission (ATT). We do not use your financial data for advertising.
4. Data Storage and Retention
4.1 Where Your Data Is Stored
Your data is stored on Firebase (Google Cloud Platform) servers in the United States.
4.2 Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. You can delete individual data or your entire account from the App at any time.
4.3 Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Account → Delete account). This permanently and irreversibly deletes all your data within 30 days.
5. Data Security
We implement security measures including: API key protection via Firebase Secret Manager, iOS App Attest verification, rate limiting, temporary tokens, TLS/HTTPS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, and Firebase Security Rules that ensure each user can only access their own data.
6. Your Rights
6.1 Access and Control
You can view, export or delete your data at any time directly from the App.
6.2 EEA Users — GDPR
If you are in the EEA, you have rights of access, rectification, portability and erasure of your personal data. Contact legal@ravencorex.com.
6.3 California Users — CCPA
We do not sell your personal information. Contact legal@ravencorex.com.
7. Children's Privacy
BeMoney is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
8. Subscriptions
Payment is processed by Apple. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email.
